CROISSANT PUDDING WITH HONEY BUTTER CRUMBLE

What better way to use up all your leftover croissants and pastries at work than to make a classic bread pudding, nay, croissant pudding?

Also, I was feeling a little extra that day so I made a honey butter crumble to put on top of the pudding.

Served with: Chef's fish sauce caramel, a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and finished it off with Ube coconut crumbs
